“Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geht es”
The surroundings were nice, but we were two couples and felt like we were in two different houses, which wasn't clear from the description; the facilities were somewhat limited with only three coffee cups, two pots, and missing simple items like a bottle opener and corkscrew, the bathroom had few shelves, and the pillows were a struggle to use.

The apartment had everything needed to prepare breakfast: a coffee machine, tea kettle, egg cups, etc.; if you prefer not to cook, you can also enjoy a great breakfast in the nearby town at a good price; we felt very comfortable in the flat and recommend it without reservation; the space is bright, nicely furnished, well maintained, and offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay; the dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and three TVs are especially handy; the flat is fully ground-level and wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with mobility issues; the garage can be shared, which is very convenient; the location is wonderfully quiet and natural; the surrounding area has beautiful bike and hiking trails and cozy huts; the culinary scene includes various restaurants such as an Italian place, a Chinese spot, and a Hofbräuhaus, all easily reachable and offering a good selection at fair prices; although breakfast isn't served in the accommodation, the apartment provides everything needed to make a good meal yourself; for those who prefer to eat out in the morning, the nearby town also offers excellent options at reasonable prices; we found the neighborhood very pleasant, with very friendly and approachable neighbors who quickly get in touch; overall, a very beautiful, bright, and well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet, nature‑close setting where we felt very comfortable throughout our stay, and we would return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location was good with good public transport connections and the landlord was easy to reach; the mattresses were extremely saggy, no blackout curtains for sleeping, dirty windowsills, a greasy stove, a dirty, calcified toilet, a kitchen tap (with aerator) that was unhygienically calcified, clean but extremely scented towels and bed linen (laundry perfume).
Absolutely wonderful, would love to come back again.
