I can’t recommend this stay enough! Tin is a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful, even giving us maps of recommended sites and restaurants and tips for navigating the city and getting to other beaches. The location is perfect: Grab rides are easy to find, Ao Nang beach is a 20‑minute walk, plenty of restaurants nearby, and a 7‑11 is just a 5‑minute walk. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Krabi!

We loved the property. It’s very well located near Ao Nang Beach (~1.9 km) and the market area—7‑eleven, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance. What made the experience so good was that it didn’t feel like a hotel; Tin, his wife, and his sister‑in‑law hosted us like family, making the space comfortable and homely. The spacious room, common area, drinking water, plunge pool, and cleanliness were all great. For day tours, taxis, food, we could easily reach out to Tin. Highly recommend!
