The suite was super comfortable and met our needs, yet the location above a 24‑hour beverage distributor and a busy street made it hard to sleep because the room faced the street.

I appreciated being able to message the host before I set off, that part worked fine. But when we got there there was nobody at the desk to greet us or give any directions, and a few strangers were hanging around the entrance drinking. With that situation we just packed up and looked for somewhere else.

Nothing good to say – the moment we walked in the place reeked of a nasty odor and was covered in dust and grime. The wardrobe was broken, the minibar was leaking water all over the room, and it was impossible to stay. I sent photos and video to the host, got no reply, and now I'm fighting for a refund. The pictures online are completely misleading.
