The experience was phenomenal, nothing else has matched it yet. Ms. Toyota was very kind and patient, going above and beyond to make our stay better with her understanding and kindness. The room was very comfortable and the kids loved the play spaces. We had a fantastic time here and wished we could have stayed longer. Every amenity was spectacular and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The facility was clean and child‑friendly, with milk, juice cups, and even a small gift ready for us, which made us very satisfied. No complaints.
I was surprised to find such a ryokan! It was completely different from hotels or regular ryokans, with a truly home‑like atmosphere. The highlights were ① a kids’ room, ② customized lighting and wallpaper, ③ tasty bread, ④ unlimited movies on a huge screen, and ⑤ staff who welcomed us with care. If you have toddlers, you can stay all day without leaving the house and still relax.

The kids’ space was full of toys and books for both boys and girls, and there was a loft where the kids immediately rushed in after check‑in. Other highlights were the child toilet, the hinoki bath, and a bedroom with stars glittering. We really enjoyed it and felt relaxed. The leisurely breakfast time was nice, and the bread was delicious – it turned out to be a famous croissant shop (laughs).
