Breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the coffee was average, but we couldn’t get our TV working; after 35 minutes on hold with Rogers Business we got no results and no one from Rogers spoke to us, and there was no elevator.

Our room opened onto the outside pool area, which was nice, but the layout was odd with the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom; we were told it was a ‘suite’ yet it lacked a chair other than an upright swivel chair at a desk, even though there was plenty of space for an armchair or sofa. Breakfast was very basic, with cheap plastic cutlery that was useless and paper plates.

As a senior, our room was on the ground floor and faced the outdoor pool for easy access to everything, but bathrobes were not provided to all guests; it depended on the type of room booked.

The location was excellent, the staff very helpful and quick to respond, and the indoor and outdoor pools were great, but the toilet in the lobby’s washroom had trouble flushing.
