The location was excellent and the staff polite, with room amenities including a table, kettle, mugs, and two types of blankets. However, the AC cover was held by tape that had partially peeled off, making it hang ominously; the TV antenna was damaged and the picture flickered; the kettle leaked; the outlet behind the kettle had partially fallen out of the wall; and the double bed was actually two shifted mattresses.

The room was warm, with clean linens, a kettle, safe, mini fridge, bathrobe, slippers, and towels—everything needed. I didn't like finding other people's hair in the sink drain, and when I asked the front desk for an alarm call, it never came. There was also a food smell in the room, probably due to poor ventilation, and it seemed to be coming from the hotel restaurant.

The room was cozy, fully equipped, and the staff were responsive and came to meet us.

Everything was super! The room was clean, the bedding and towels were spotless, and the staff were polite. I liked everything.
