The room lacked dish soap, a scrub brush, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tissues, and a vacuum cleaner—only an old dirty broom was available.

The location and view were great, but the AC was really loud.

Everything was amazing, and the front desk staff were super friendly!

The location, pools, and beach are great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The elevator in the parking garage was broken. I am handicapped and the lower handicap parking was occupied. I was told to park on the upper levels and walk down, but I cannot walk down. They need to find a better solution for elderly and handicapped guests—this is very unacceptable.

The location was great, but 20 minutes after arriving my son cut his finger while trying to open a glass that had already been put in the cabinet with a chip. There was no dish soap, no paper towels, no facial tissue, no soap, lotion or shampoo samples.
