The room was in the middle of town, just a stone's throw from the boarding area, and the owner was friendly and very helpful, so I give it a definite thumbs‑up!

The furnishings were well cared for, the fridge was well stocked, the location was great in the town center near the harbor, the bed was super comfortable, and we slept soundly; the only downside was a very steep staircase that didn't really bother us.
