The facilities are very clean. We’ve stayed at this pet‑friendly hotel many times and were never charged for our dog, but this time we were billed $500.00 for the dog and felt like we were being chased and watched to leave. It was a very bad experience; I won’t stay there again even though everything else is great, the service was terrible.

The sea‑front location and room size are good, but for a hotel of this price the cleanliness and overall condition of the shower area could be better; the shower itself had blocked drain holes, there was a lack of general room cleaning, and the coffee maker was missing.

La habitación estuvo linda. El personal de recepción se le pidió un cambio de habitación había reservado una suite y nos dieron una de menos precio , estuvo fallando la luz además solo nos dieron dos toallas de baño cuando éramos 4 huéspedes

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were good, but the food took a long time to arrive. The room I got, called Mare, is next to another room only separated by a wall with Palma, so all the noise can be heard, which is annoying. The pool is small.
