The staff who spoke Japanese were very helpful and made me feel secure, and having disposable slippers in the coffee and amenity service was a nice touch.

The location was great, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well, so communication was easy. The room was a little small, but it was very clean and well maintained. The soundproofing was quite poor. The hotel staff were very kind and arranged a room away from the main road for me, which I appreciated. However, I could still clearly hear motorcycles and cars from the street, as well as noise from guests in the neighboring room, which somewhat affected my sleep quality.
