“The establishment was nice but could not enjoy due to the above reasons”

The only thing that felt decent was breakfast. The manager was downright unpleasant. We had booked a sea‑view room with one double and one single bed, but the staff insisted we needed a suite for a sea view. The room we received offered only a partial sea view, had three single beds, a broken air‑conditioning unit, and a leaking toilet. The pillow seemed very old and unsatisfactory, and the room smelled bad, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The final two nights were a nightmare: the temperature rose, the air‑conditioning failed again, and we couldn’t sleep. When we raised the issue, the staff were reluctant to fix it, even though I mentioned we had an elderly person and a child with us.

If someone values location—close to the sea and the city—a beautiful view from the balcony of the Taurus mountains plus the Mediterranean will delight them. The hotel has great potential and a wonderful history; I’m sure it was a must‑visit 20 years ago in Antalya. The pool bar has very friendly staff, and the pools are great (though they’re cold after the season; a bit more heating would help for an all‑inclusive pool bar). I personally don’t like too much sparkle, so the hotel suited me, although the paint and towels for the pool were good, the coffee was inexpensive, and this hotel lacks that. The food was okay. Plenty of cats, which is definitely a plus for the hotel. The price-to-quality ratio is acceptable. The water in the pool was too cold, the coffee was poor, the pool towels were weak, the hotel needed repainting, the service was friendly, only one person at the reception was unkind—probably because the hotel lacks good coffee—but overall the hotel can still be liked.

“So horrible i will never step my foot there again.”

The place was clean, but the welcome was awful—I had to call the police. The night staff were horrible. When we checked out, I asked for a taxi and it took about 20 minutes to arrange one. Cats were everywhere in the dining area, and they never considered guests with allergies or phobias.
