We rented the suite with a private Jacuzzi; the manager, who speaks excellent French, is very attentive and professional, as is the rest of the staff. She recommended great restaurants in Borgetto (Ego and Al Camino) that are superb—don’t hesitate to go. The hotel is very clean and well‑located. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The place is gorgeous and cozy; the room is roomy and the balcony gives a stunning view. Having parking on the premises is a huge plus. The water never got hot—only lukewarm—so showering was a bit of a struggle.

The hotel was excellent, with a large room, a nice bathroom, and everything was very clean; we had a balcony that was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even though the restaurants were far away, the front desk staff guided us to great local spots. I can’t think of anything I’d dislike.

The view is great, and the parking is free. The breakfast was very minimal.
