The location was convenient, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t find any positives. I had a very bad stay at OYO Townhouse 164 near ESI Hospital, Ameerpet. This was my first visit, and I was deeply disappointed with the service and room facilities. The staff behaved unprofessionally, and the manager’s attitude was also disappointing. No complimentary water was provided, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Even basic items like drinking glasses were missing. The AC in my first room didn’t cool, and there was no water supply. I had to change rooms on the second day because of these problems, but the replacement room and overall service remained unsatisfactory. For the price paid, I expected basic cleanliness, working facilities, proper staff behavior, and a comfortable stay, but the hotel failed to meet these basic expectations.
