The building was clean and comfortable, the owner Michela was very kind and not intrusive, and the location is very convenient for reaching Assisi. Highly recommended. The only downside is you have to prepare breakfast yourself.

The accommodation was beautiful, with a large terrace and fantastic views! Surrounded by olive trees, the new villa is a gem. The city center is just 20 min away. I highly recommend it.

The host was kind and quick to respond, and checking in late was no issue. The spot is great—just a stroll away from Assisi. The breakfast only had sweet items, which is typical in Italy.

Three friends booked three separate rooms, each 2‑3 person, and we shared a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with chairs and a view of S. M. degli Angeli, was perfect.

The location was great—quiet, surrounded by greenery, yet less than five minutes by car from Assisi. The room was spacious, and the veranda with chairs and a rocking chair was bright enough to read in the evenings. The breakfast options were a bit limited.
