The hotel is very clean, the reception is warm and welcoming, and it’s located in a tidy area close to the city centre.

The staff are nice, but the fire alarm woke me at 4:30 am and rang for 10 minutes, and there was no way to reach reception. It ruined my night and the next day, and no compensation was offered at checkout.

The location was very good for reaching sights and the old town, a short walk to a small ferry across the Garonne, the room was functional with good beds, and we could park in the adjacent shopping centre’s underground garage.
