We arrived late, retrieved our keys from a lock box, but there was no information or code for the exterior doors, making the property hard to navigate; the bedding consisted only of sheets with no blanket, and a fitted sheet was used as the top sheet.

“The hotel prices is a little more expensive, which can be reduced.”

The place was clean and convenient for travel.

“Very expensive for a place that needs an update. Vail has money update that place.”

The location was good, but the cost and the late check‑in time were disappointing; we couldn't check in at 4 pm and had to wait well after that, which felt unfair for the price.

“I will not return to this property”

A desk agent greeted us with a less than friendly attitude, the room curtains were dirty, a noisy fan in the bathroom ran all the time, the property looked tired and in need of a major refresh, and the restaurant was closed, leaving no place to eat in the mountains.
