“We had a very pleasant stay”
The room, breakfast, and spa were all excellent. The location was very good, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the entire hotel was very clean.

The overall experience was solid, with staff that were genuinely professional. However, the €40 per person breakfast felt excessive for a simple buffet, and the cleaning left something to be desired—especially the bathroom, which had an unpleasant urine odor.

We had to go to the front desk to check in for our airline because I couldn't get English on my phone, only German. Nicolette helped us check in, printed our boarding passes, and was absolutely fantastic—she cared about us and our needs. Everything else was fine.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter; die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, obwohl die Gläser etwas eingestaubt waren. Das Gäste halb nackt in das Hotel gelassen werden (zwei Männer in Lederriemenanzügen mit nackten Ärschen etc.) dann das in der Dusche die Amaturen wackeln und es nicht korrekt verfugt wurde. Im Saunabereich ist bei den drei warmen Duschen die mittlere Dusche nicht sicher! Dort hängen Stromkabel der Beleuchtung von der Decke und es droht ein Stromschlag, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Dann sind zu viele Kinder im Wellnessbereich, sodass an Erholung nicht zu denken ist. Die Umgebung des InterContinental hat sich stark verändert, Obdachlose suchen nach Zigarettenstummeln in den Aschenbechern vor dem Haupteingang und man sitzt im Restaurant daneben und versucht sein 48€ Rumpsteak zu genießen. Es werden Gäste in Sportkleidung mit Schlappen reingelassen, ohne Stil und ohne Niveau. Das Personal des Interconti sieht manchmal nicht stilvoll aus, von offenen Hosenställen, bis zu Frisuren die an den Zirkus erinnern gibt es da alles. Ein gewisser Standard sollte gewahrt bleiben
