The facilities were modernized and the appliances appropriate, but it’s best suited for young people because it’s on the fifth floor without an elevator. Cleanliness was lacking: the toilet was dirty and there were cigarette butts and grime on the floors.
The place was clean and well organized, but the instructions for entering the apartment were unclear and there was no elevator. The apartment was very small and cramped, yet it had the essentials.
