“Incredible, relaxing and special.”

The service was outstanding, the private beach was very quiet and serene, and the location was fantastic. The staff were extremely attentive, the spa and hot pools were gorgeous, and breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of healthy options.

“Overall a pleasant stay but this was not the 5 star experience we were expecting.”

The location was great, the thermal spa was accessible, and the front desk team was helpful. I expected more from a five‑star property; the lack of detail and the restaurant staff in particular let the hotel down, with disorganisation, no greeting or acknowledgement, and waiters forgetting orders.

“Perfektní zážitek”

The location was quiet and car‑free, with transport possibly by “golf” carts, which I definitely liked. The views and atmosphere were amazing, and the staff were good. We could hear noise from the hallway, but we had a room on the top floor, so it didn’t bother us much (less guest migration). The pools are in a neighboring hotel/spa, which we didn’t mind because it’s a short walk or you can move the cart.

“A decent vacation, spoiled by the transfer”

The hotel has direct sea access. The thermal baths are quite far and the shuttle service to them is chaotic. The hotel also sells a door‑to‑door transfer package to and from the airport or train station; in our case we weren’t met at the ferry and missed our train. They offered to reimburse the taxi we had to take ourselves, but not the non‑refundable train tickets.
