The hotel had a living area and a bedroom. It had apparently been renovated X years ago, but the result was poor. The only employee we saw didn’t properly greet or say goodbye, couldn’t explain how to receive Swiss TV channels, and the online photos were misleading.

The large room is creatively rustic; a fan keeps it cool, but the roof windows let in a lot of heat even with blinds. The room’s cleanliness was lacking – we found socks from other guests in the wardrobe. The nearby bypass road adds traffic noise, and the nearby stream brings many mosquitoes into the room.

The room was huge, and there were no negative points to mention.

I stayed in a nice big 2‑room with balcony and excellent view; the free car park and the nice restaurant were added bonuses.
