B&B Supportico Lopez

“Schöner Aufenthalt in okayer Lage mit angemessenem Preis”

The host was very friendly and getting in touch was straightforward. The value for money was fair and the beds were very comfortable. With vouchers you can enjoy a very good Neapolitan breakfast at a partner café. The location of the accommodation wasn’t quite ideal for us, but that’s a personal preference.

“everything was pretty clear and admirable”

Thanks for a great stay, proper communication, perfect location next to museums and a picturesque atmosphere inside the rooms.

The B&B is close to the metro, but the arrival help was weak; I had to call the contact person twice and got almost no guidance on how to get around from the B&B. When the room was left, there was no explanation about where to leave the keys, and the walls were very dirty.

The breakfast was fine, just a typical Italian spread: a cappuccino and a croissant. The bathroom was spotless and we had a variety of towels. Our room had a small TV and air‑conditioning, and the blinds blocked out all light, making sleep easier. Maria handled communication superbly, ensuring we were comfortable whenever we needed something or the remote stopped working. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the Piazza Cavour subway station, which we used to travel outside Naples. However, the room lacked a standard trash can; there was only a small one in the bathroom and another in the shared kitchen that filled up quickly because many people used it. Earplugs are necessary because the place can be noisy.
