Luxury Rooms Lucija and Luka sit in Split’s Old Town centre, directly on the main square beside the Iron Gates of UNESCO‑protected Diocletian’s Palace. Set within a pedestrian‑only zone, the air‑conditioned rooms showcase oaken furniture, exposed stone walls, parquet floors, a sofa seating area, minibar and coffee machine, plus private bathrooms. Free Wi‑Fi, luggage storage, nearby restaurants, markets, Riva Promenade (100 m) and Bačvice Beach (1 km) enhance the historic location.

The spot is unbeatable—right on the main piazza with everything in the old city within arm’s reach. The room was spotless and lovely, and the host was fantastic, helping us settle in smoothly. The only downside was the shower, which is very small and a tight fit for someone not a big person.

We felt lucky to snag this place on short notice, and the location is amazing with a gorgeous room. Bruno was a fantastic host: he reached out well before arrival, helped when we arrived earlier than expected, carried our luggage at check‑in, and offered plenty of recommendations for eating and sightseeing. He was always reachable and responded quickly if we needed anything. The room was spotless and had everything you could ask for, with comfortable beds and high‑quality linens that let us sleep soundly. The view over the busy (People’s) square was great, and when we closed the windows there was no noise. We opened them in the early evening to enjoy the historic ambience. There’s no lift, which might be an issue for some, but it didn’t bother us. Bruno even offered to take our luggage, even though we could have handled it ourselves. The Lucija and Luka rooms didn’t disappoint. The only thing to note is the lack of a lift for those with mobility issues.

Bruno's communication was excellent, very easy, and responsive. Such a friendly guy. The location of the apartments were brilliant, situated in the main square. Apartments so lovely and he had thought of everything. If in Split again, we will definitely book with Bruno again. Thank you Bruno and enjoy your well deserved break. Nothing

The apartment was beautiful, blending old‑world charm with modern conveniences like a washroom and furnishings. Nothing to dislike at all!
