Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and lots of lovely touches which made us feel so welcome. We liked it all

The property was so warm and welcoming - even though you let yourself in! The lounge area was nicely lit, music playing, refreshments on offer. The room itself was spotless, and very cosy. The video instructions were really helpful. The only thing was the mini fridge was very loud. I had to turn it off so it might be easier to have the UHT milk instead of fresh - although the mini jug was very cute!

Room was comfortable a bit small but suitable for an overnight stay Liked the little extras fresh milk and water in the fridge and cup cakes. Shower was hot but not very powerful
