Good positioning, discreet, clean, quiet, and the highlight is that it’s pet friendly—I’d give it a 20 for that.
The house was under renovation, the room was dirty including the linens, and the bathroom was extremely small! The courtyard was full of construction debris!

The place was warm and comfortable, and Mr. Bucur added a lot of flavor and usefulness with his super helpful presence; a solar panel in one room kept the heat steady. If there had been many more guests, cooking and eating quietly would have been harder, but fortunately we didn’t overlap too much.
The place was a mess, missing a toilet and a black fly. A strong mold smell, terrible conditions, the kitchen smelled badly of grease, and trash bags were full of household waste. Construction was happening behind the property, and at 8 am workers started hammering and drilling. I do not recommend it!

The location was good, but there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, the shower was filthy, the walls were dry and scabbed, the rooms smelled bad, the shared kitchen was disgusting, and the nightstands in the bedrooms were filled with used intimate linens (I think from other tourists). I would not return there even for free!
