Super clean house, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great underground parking with a separate bike garage, very well‑maintained garden with a great swimming pool.

The staff were very friendly, the place spotless, there’s a parking garage and a bike room, and the location works well for all activities – nothing to complain about.

The rooms and staff were good, but the bread could have been better, the wellness area wasn’t heated, and the steam sauna was out of service.

The spot between Merano and Bolzano is perfect, with free public transport (bus and train) available. Because the hotel sits on the main street, rooms facing the street are quite noisy, but that’s manageable. Melissa and the manager are open to any suggestions. The bus stop is right at the hotel, and walking to the Lana/Burgstall station takes 12 minutes. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the bathroom is modern and functional, and the underground parking with elevators to every floor is very convenient. I didn’t find anything to nitpick after a long thought.
