Staff service was solid and the bed was comfy, but the bathroom was old and mouldy, water leaked onto the floor even with the shower door closed, and the rooms clearly need a renovation or facelift.

The breakfast was amazing—especially the noodles, which are absolutely delicious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place was great; I’ll definitely return.

We booked two suites for three generations and managed to keep our privacy while enjoying a spacious, comfortable living area. The onsen was off‑limits for anyone under 14, the room cleaning was excellent but no bathrobes were restocked during our stay, and the bathroom lock malfunctioned at times, so we avoided using it.
