I’m a frequent long‑term guest and want to highlight the excellent, friendly service from several staff members. Alex, the reservation agent, was very attentive, as was Kai. Eri and Peter at the front desk, and Jack and Ramay in the second‑floor guest lounge, were all very friendly. Many thanks to them.

The location and common areas are good. The bathroom should have regular showers.
