A boutique hotel with plenty of charm, extremely welcoming and helpful staff (including the owner). It feels authentic and is well organized. The pool was a little cold at 21 °C.

The staff and management were very kind, and the welcome was extremely warm; the location is perfect. However, some of the room equipment needs improvement.

Ksar Annika is a beautiful, elegant Riad in the Mellah, the former Jewish district of Marrakech. It’s a quiet spot that’s easy to walk to the main Medina areas, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were happy.
