Arriving in Puno at 4 am, the staff let us into the building to unwind while we waited for check‑in to open, and they were very attentive, even arranging taxis for us beforehand. The complimentary morning breakfast was a nice touch. However, our internal room had no windows, so it felt dark and the air had a musty smell.

Great location, spacious room and bathroom, and the shower was hot. The minibar was missing, but the carpeted floor was clean and well maintained.
