The hotel is very beautiful and modern, situated in a truly convenient spot for exploring Osaka, especially at night. Being so close to the Namba and Dotonbori area was a major plus. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere pleasant, and it served as an excellent base for touring the city. The stay was absolutely positive, and I liked everything.

The room never felt cramped and seemed very functional; the large shower head and perfectly warm water made it comfortable even without a bathtub, and having a separate toilet was a plus, while the staff were friendly and always smiling. The view, however, isn’t something to get your hopes up about.

Great location, helpful staff, a 7‑Eleven below the hotel, and laundry facilities. Cleaning could be improved.
