“Outstanding experience, relaxing trip”

The service was outstanding, the staff friendly, the Asian food good, the pool villas nice, and overall the place was well maintained. The gym was well equipped and the spa/massage area relaxing, live music at the pool bar was very enjoyable, and the turndown service and kuehs were a nice touch. Some villas are better furnished and laid out than others.

The room, food, facilities and staff were good. The restaurant light at Rica Rica was a little brighter.

“Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mit privatem Pool”

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived, feeling welcomed and at ease. The bungalow is generously sized, tastefully decorated, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We were especially taken with the beautiful terrace and the private pool, which offers a wonderful retreat to unwind, enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, and simply let the soul rest. The privacy and the ability to cool off whenever we wanted made the experience special. The entire staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and courteous, showing a clear focus on guest wellbeing. The food also impressed us; the extensive, varied breakfast buffet provided a great start to the day. In the evenings, several restaurants with excellent food and a lovely ambiance invited us to wind down comfortably. We especially appreciated the blend of comfort, privacy, outstanding service, and culinary delights. Overall, we had a beautiful, relaxed, and unforgettable time. The hotel is a wonderful escape from everyday life and a place to recharge. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return on the next opportunity.
