Nobody bothers you. The smell was bad, there were no shampoos, and the quality was poor for what you pay and are charged.

The TV was broken and the staff did nothing about it.

I never checked in because the computer systems were down, so I had to scramble last minute to find another, more expensive place. The place was not clean and the area wasn’t great.

I left before breakfast. The bedding was very dirty and stained, and a chair was in disrepair.
