We booked two rooms for six people and stayed one night; most of our time was spent exploring Pavlopetri, so the hotel was hardly used—fine for a quick overnight. The kitchen near reception was not very clean and could use a thorough cleaning. Overall it gives decent value for the price and works for a good night's sleep, plus you get a lovely sea view. The kitchen area at reception needs better upkeep and tidying.

We booked two nights and, given the low price, we didn't expect much, so we weren't disappointed; the value for money was acceptable. However, breakfast was only offered for one morning, and a large tour group had already finished eating before we arrived, so we decided not to use the second night.

The location is nice and convenient, just 50 meters from the beach but not directly on the shore. The facilities clearly need a major overhaul; they are clean and useful but feel outdated.

The view was good. Because there was no dining option, a microwave would have been useful; there wasn’t even a single glass available. Hot water was available only every two days, and you had to open the tap to get it, which was generally not there. I will never stay at that hotel again.
