“A perfectly adequate place to lay my head for a few hours prior to a flight.”

Check‑in was easy enough, but the staff member who checked me in gave me my room number and forgot to tell me it was accessed only from the outside of the building, so I walked around confused for a bit trying to find the right room. The location was perfect for what I needed, as I had a really early flight the next morning and wanted to be relatively close to the airport. The room was quite disheveled, one of the tiles was missing from the ceiling and it smelled of cigarettes.

“Gross”

The hotel was absolutely filthy—every surface, from floors to walls, was covered in grime. My shower was clogged with soap scum, and the door had been used as a dart board. The walls still had fresh, unpainted plaster, and half the elevators were broken. When I arrived, the room door was propped open and the latch was loose, as if someone else had already entered. Radisson, this needs serious improvement.

“They should reimburse me for the terrible stay.”

The shower was broken, there was no internet, and the door had no lock. Terrible.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the old carpet and the stale, odd smell were noticeable drawbacks.
