The location was great, but I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included and the room was a little noisy near the exit door.

The place had a good location and free parking, yet I had to pay a $75 fee for early check‑in, found ants in my room, heard a loud generator that went on and off all night outside our window, and the access door to my room was right next to the trash cans with an awful smell; multiple homeless people were hanging around the parking area and the pool was closed, which was disappointing.

The app said I could cancel without any charge, but when I tried to cancel the second night I bought by mistake, it wasn’t possible; I checked out the next day to cancel the following night, returned at 2:30 pm to say I’d already sent the cancellation email, and the hotel told me to contact booking again, but booking didn’t reply to the email and the worst part was that they told me I had to pay to cancel; when I said I wouldn’t need the room, they claimed it was already ready. I went up to the room and it wasn’t ready, so I waited almost 40 minutes to get into the room, which I could have tolerated, but the next day, which included free breakfast, I arrived at 9:50 am, was served coffee, and was told I couldn’t have breakfast because the kitchen was already closed. The experience was very bad, especially since I wanted to use the pool, which was also closed, and the staff service was terrible.

We needed to check in earlier, and when we called and asked the hotel, they accommodated us without an extra fee; shout out to them, I will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Nothing else.
