The place is quiet, has good parking, the owner replies quickly to any questions, the village Villamartin is very close, and heaters are in every room already switched on when we arrived. It is cheap, and winter might not be the best season. The old farmhouse has damp walls, a strong damp smell in all rooms, cracks, bathrooms that are uninviting, the front of the stove had oil splashes. Even though it is pet‑friendly, the sofa was covered in animal hair that wasn’t mine, which was odd. When searching for the house online, confusion arises because images of a neighboring house appear instead of “La Zua.” The fire extinguisher should have been inspected in 2021. There is little cookware for large groups. Even though there is a room on the upper floor with a private bathroom, the water heater had no tank. A glass pane on one of the shower screen doors comes loose easily when closing, and it falls on you. You need to bring both sheets and towels.
