We spent five days at the Levni Plus Hotel in Istanbul and it was a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, well‑located, and a solid base for city exploration. What truly set it apart was the service, especially from Office Manager Semih Güler, who was helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. He was available whenever we needed anything and went out of his way to ensure everything ran smoothly. His hospitality was remarkable and made us feel very welcome. Semih truly represents the hotel well and deserves a big thank you. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Levni Plus Hotel and would gladly return when we visit Istanbul again. 10/10!

The hotel’s location is perfect for easy access to all attractions, the Galata Bridge, and the various piers that make moving around Istanbul simple, not to mention the tram and metro right next to the hotel. The staff is very attentive and helpful with any information, and the breakfast is excellent! Bravo! A superb experience! Nothing to complain about!
