“Beautiful, romantic, very central and clean”

This tiny guesthouse in the heart of Taormina is beautiful. My room was perfectly quiet at night, although my sister’s front‑room room picked up street noise from the bar below until midnight. Still, it’s a great place to stay and I’d definitely return. The décor is very atmospheric, not the usual bland contemporary hotel look. Nothing specific to complain about – it’s clean, comfortable, and very central. If you’re sensitive to noise, ask for any room other than room 1.

The rooms are located inside a beautiful, centrally‑located historic palace right next to Corso Umberto. You enter via a lovely staircase that also hosts the tables of a fun little spot. Our room was spacious and well‑furnished. A great experience, especially for the sea view.

Nice location, comfortable bed. It was more worn than the pictures suggested and the furnishings were a bit odd, like just one chair at the table and a sofa‑bed in a corner of a roomy room. Black mold in the shower but otherwise clean. B&B usually means you can order breakfast, but there were only cookies next to a kettle, not what I consider breakfast. The staff, who were only reachable via WhatsApp and never appeared, mixed up the checkout date and expected us to leave a day early. Signs pointed to “reception” for towel questions, but we couldn’t find any reception. There’s a bar with very loud live music next door, making it hard to sleep—earplugs are available in the bathroom.
