Pésima atención al cliente. Lo único que tenía bueno era la ubicación. Directamente no hay nadie allí para atenderte, no hay recepción, no se específica en ningún momento que se trata de un cuarto sin ascensor. Cuando llegamos para hacer el check in a la hora indicada nos encontramos con la habitación en obras, sucia y tuvimos que esperar. Aparte de esto nos encontramos con la ventana sin ningún tipo de contraventana o cortinas lo que nos dejaba al descubierto totalmente para la calle, sin intimidad. Al comentar la situación con Emma no nos solucionó nada y nos contestó de malas formas, desde luego no sería un sitio que recomendase
