“Good value for money - a family hotel with everything you need but bedrooms could do with a complete revamp!”

The location was nice, the receptionist was friendly, and the public spaces were very good/excellent. Breakfast was good and the decor was interesting, but the bedroom was very tired (if you pardon the pun!) with shabby decor, dirty windows and shower surrounds, and awful electrical wiring.

The spot’s great—just 3 blocks from Buquebus port and 5 from the historic center—and the staff were attentive and the place spotless.

The staff were very attentive and genuinely cared about guests’ wellbeing, but the facilities feel very old and try to sell a rustic luxury vibe that it clearly lacks; the bathroom has a shower in front of the door and is tiny, the rooms are cramped, and the air‑conditioning needs urgent replacement; breakfast offers only sweet, limited continental options, making it impossible for a gluten‑free guest to eat.

The location works, yet the hotel urgently needs a makeover—old, poorly lit rooms with worn furniture, and getting to the room feels like navigating a maze of narrow corridors and stairs; breakfast has very little variety and the baked goods didn’t look fresh.
