The surroundings, the location, and the cleanliness were good. It happened to coincide with a trip of many kids.

It was a wonderful accommodation in harmony with nature on the edge of the Selva. The pool was huge. The room was very large and had a very comfortable bed. It was cleaned every day, which makes sense given the proximity to the Selva. The hotel is very pet‑friendly; wild monkeys, coatis, cats, dogs, and lizards roam around and they do not bother anyone at all. We even extended our stay and had no problems with that! Even during power outages the hotel is prepared and always ensures safety. There is also always the option to have a doctor come. The hotel thinks of everything in that regard! The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. You always get a friendly smile and a warm welcome. 1000 % best staff. It was very, very nice and we had a great time there! Thanks ♥️ The waterfalls are not far and can be reached by taxi, Uber, or a regular bus, and there are also tours that can be booked from the hotel if you want. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi, which is not very good. But that was the case everywhere in Argentina. And not that bad, because if you have no internet you can still enjoy the Selva.

The place was very pretty and well‑maintained, the reception was very attentive and communicated well via WhatsApp, coordinating everything. The breakfast buffet was very good, the place was comfortable and quiet. The pool was excellent. The rooms lacked cleanliness and had a strong damp smell, the TV was very old and didn’t work well, the cable TV connection was bad and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the back (there is none).
