Triumph White Sands Hotel

An absolute gem in Marsa Matrouh! My husband and I enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at Triumph White Sands Hotel. The whole property is beautiful and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing, romantic getaway. Our room was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and offered a mesmerizing sea view that made our mornings unforgettable. The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was the hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and fast with their service. A very special thank you to the talented kitchen crew and chef—the food was absolutely amazing with perfect flavors every day! Combined with the stunning, pristine beach access, it made for a seamless and highly relaxing vacation for both of us. I highly recommend Triumph to any couples looking for comfort, great dining, and top‑tier service in Marsa Matrouh. We will definitely be back.

“Delightful, comfortable, relaxing and engaging holiday week”

The breakfasts were superb! A huge, very wide choice of different, beautifully presented, delicious menu items, excellently cooked or laid out in buffet style. Very helpful staff who would also cook to order your selection of additives, such as cheese, mushrooms, ham, chicken, peppers etc in omelettes. The dinners/suppers (half board) were also excellent and a very wide variety of delicious, some exotic, menu items were always available again in buffet style, to have as much or as little as you like. Beautiful presentation, attention to detail and kind service were delightful features of the wonderful meals we enjoyed. The tinky‑tanky “musick” played far too loudly on the private beaches, together with the unnecessary very bright floodlights illuminating the swimming zone.

“Nice location, nice hotel”

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. A special mention goes to the staff who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay and kept us dinner even we checked in very late. There genuine kindness really elevated the whole trip. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The location is perfect – quiet yet close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was excellent every morning, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for better service. all good

“Vacanza veramente piacevole, superiore alle aspettative. Complimenti.”

The breakfast was great, and every meal we had was tasty with a wide variety of foods. The staff were all very kind, polite, and helpful. We especially thank the hotel manager Mr. Ashraf, Miss Rowan, and everyone else for always being ready to meet our requests, especially when we asked them to show us beautiful and interesting places far from the hotel; they always found a way to take us there. Thanks also to the cleaning ladies, the bar staff, and the beach attendants. The staff were professional, the hotel itself very pleasant, and we had a wonderful stay with beautiful sea and beaches. The city of Marsa Matrouh initially surprised us, then revealed its warm social atmosphere and local hospitality.
