The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was exceptionally tasty and freshly made. The way the accommodation was paid for could be handled better.

Far from the usual mass‑tourism vibe of Pertisau, the Hotel Berghof feels like a hidden gem. I loved the thoughtfully arranged apartment and the hosts who clearly live their own concept. The breakfast in the lovely dining room was a standout – the buffet was brilliant. The wellness area was unbeatable too.

Nice location, but the advertised “care products” were just a single hand soap or shower gel. The bathrobe was a thin towel sold as a cozy robe, and the wellness basket cost an extra €15. In the wellness area only tap water was offered. Outside, two half‑beds next to a smoking corner and plastic chairs – not great. Even socks from the previous guest were under the bed.
Everyone was super friendly, made the stay feel welcoming. No complaints at all.
