The spot is great, the staff are friendly, and the food hits the mark, but the room could use a few upgrades; overall it worked fine.

Staying at Himvadi gives you an incredible view of the Himalayas, the staff are sweet, polite, friendly, and they whip up tasty meals, and the owner is kind and explains everything carefully, so I felt very comfortable there. It would help to replace the worn plastic cups used for tea (they’re still washed), the bath towels that don’t dry and have a bad smell and should be washed properly, and to add sheets because there were only two large blankets.
