The accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Naples, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Sergio, our host, was extremely kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing in particular was lacking; everything met expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

The lodging is in a great spot, with plenty of small cafés and shops nearby. The hotel also offered capsule coffee, but we mostly visited the Leopoldo franchise cafés. The metro is within walking distance, and a longer walk can take you to the sea. Initially, walking from the bus stop felt like a bit of a slog, but you get used to it. The room itself was small, and the bed was too soft for our taste, but overall the value for money was acceptable.

I stayed in a top spot with excellent service from Gianni and Sergio, and the clean room had a lovely balcony.

The location was spot on – right next to Piazza San Domenico, just 2 minutes from the lively part of Naples and 5 minutes from Corso Umberto I. Sergio was very helpful and attentive, giving us the best tips for exploring the city. I would strongly recommend changing the pillows; otherwise we enjoyed it a lot overall.

The place is well positioned. The bathroom is a bit small but functional.
