The location is good and the interconnecting rooms are handy, but there’s no wifi, no staff at arrival, no reception open, and no key in the lockbox. I had to call a number and wait. I paid a decent amount per room, yet the service and utilities were very subpar.

The doona had two obvious stains when we arrived. There was no reception, and we weren’t told about that until a text with a wrong pin came just before we got there. I didn’t know who to call, and finally someone gave me the correct pin only after I handed over all my credit card details. We had no idea we’d need to do that; nothing in the booking mentioned it. We were hoping to eat at the restaurant on arrival, but it was closed. Outside our room were rough‑looking, noisy people; we didn’t feel safe and left early the next morning.
