The rooms were nice and large, and the staff were welcoming and offered good local tips, but breakfast didn't start until about 8:30 am, the main hotel was locked until then, and the staff were a bit rude when we tried to get in earlier.

The room was wonderful, clean, and beautiful, but we couldn't find a place to put our suitcase and open it on the floor; otherwise everything was great.

We stayed in a cabin that was beautifully finished, and the place is in a great spot for local activities. However, the entrance to the office felt untrustworthy, the exterior needs a fresh coat of paint, and a few bugs still lingered from the ongoing renovations.

Everything was well designed, well managed, and quality products and decorations. Food was great. Super clean and extremely knowledgeable and polite staff. The only negative is we live 1800 miles away. We would be there often if possible. Great experience!!!
