During breakfast for two consecutive days, a pile of dirty dishes and glasses was left untouched, showing a lack of cleaning. The night‑time doorman was about to leave to drop someone off, and I almost got locked out because there was no way to enter the hotel without him.

The staff were fairly good. We had booked two rooms, but had to ask for a change because one room smelled of cold cigarette smoke. One of the beds had a strap to hold the slats together. In both rooms, the shower cabin doors were loose and didn’t close properly. In room 102, the door wouldn’t shut correctly, so whenever someone opened or closed a door, it would move. The rooms were poorly sound‑proofed and it was cold inside.

The hotel is close to Malpensa airport and offers a shuttle that can be arranged by reservation for 20 euros. It’s very convenient if you want to stay near the airport, and breakfast options are good. I asked for flip‑flops, but they didn’t have any.
