Everyone on the staff was really friendly, especially the buffet crew in the morning, and the breakfast had just the right amount of options for me. The room was spotless. The sink had a single tap that was hard to use, and the toilet seat was cold.

I keep coming back to this hotel for years and I think it has the most comfortable beds in all of Japan. The breakfast could be better.

The nearby eateries and shops were convenient, but staying on the 9th floor meant I was kept awake by some noise in the middle of the night and couldn’t get any sleep.
