The place sits in a convenient spot, but when I was working and heavily using the Internet, the connection kept dropping for hours, causing me to lose business. Nobody ever reached out to explain what was happening.

It’s close to the Prophet’s Mosque and most of Madinah’s sights, and the room view is beautiful. However, when I requested room service, the room hadn’t been cleaned for two nights, and the staff promised cleaning but never followed through.
